Responsibilities:
- - Selection and training of agents.
- - Setting tasks and monitoring KPI implementation.
- - Analysis of regional performance results and reports to the head of sales.
- - Identifying new opportunities to attract customers.
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge:
- - 2+ years of experience in sales or affiliate network management.
- - Knowledge of the regional market and logistics sector.
- Personal qualities:
- - Organization and responsibility.
- - Ability to develop and motivate a team.
